Original Sin does not collect your data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no dev-run servers. Your EVE Online information stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else.
Data the app accesses
Your EVE Online data
When you sign in with EVE SSO, the app fetches your character data (skills, wallet, assets, contracts, killmails, industry, and so on) directly from ESI to your device. It is displayed locally and is never relayed to the developer or any third party.
Authentication tokens
The OAuth tokens that let the app talk to ESI on your behalf are stored in your device's Keychain. If you have iCloud Keychain enabled they may sync across your own Apple devices under your own iCloud account, we never have access to them.
Static game data
On first launch the app downloads EVE's public Static Data Export. It contains no personal information.
Required-reason APIs
As declared in the app's privacy manifest, Original Sin uses two of Apple's "required-reason" APIs solely to function, never to identify you:
User Defaults
Caches the current static-data build number so the app can skip the download when your local copy is already current.
File timestamps
Preserved on static-data archive entries during extraction.
Data sharing & tracking
None. No data is shared with third parties, and the app does not track you across apps or websites.
Managing your data
Removing a character inside the app deletes its tokens from your Keychain. Deleting the app removes all local data from your device.

Children
Original Sin is a companion tool for EVE Online and is not directed to children under 13.
